Dave Abbett

Physical Therapist
PT, MBA

I grew up just south of Boston in Randolph, MA, and began my path at Boston College High School before earning my Physical Therapy degree from Northeastern University. After graduation, I headed west to Colorado/ New Mexico, spending a decade building my career and soaking up every chance to hike, mountain bike, and ski.

After getting married, New England pulled me back home, and we settled in New Hampshire—where my love for the White Mountains became a defining part of life. Since returning, I’ve worked in a variety of physical therapy roles, including marketing for a small rehab network, all while exploring “The Whites” whenever I get the chance.

My experience includes Physical therapist specializing in dry needling, myofascial cupping, body mechanics and posture, and strength training.

My purpose is to serve others, no matter where I am in life. As a physical therapist, I’m committed to delivering patient-centered care—meeting people where they are and tailoring treatment to what matters most to them. I don’t pretend to know everything; instead, I believe that truly listening is the foundation of effective care and meaningful progress.

“To complete the Appalachian Trail you must be very comfortable being very uncomfortable, for very long periods of time.” Me in 2024

I enjoy working with people after total joint replacements. They’re often highly motivated and excited to reclaim their mobility now that their joint is finally “fixed,” which makes the rehabilitation process especially rewarding.

I provide physical therapy services while helping with marketing activities.

Helping patients recover and regain mobility after total joint replacements are conditions I enjoy treating.

I love that our team combines professionalism with warmth—doing our best for every patient while keeping the atmosphere light and approachable.
