Kaylee Ratay
Medical Receptionist
I am a local native here in New Hampshire, where I attended Farmington School District since third grade. After graduation I attended NHTI for my BA degree. From a young age I have always enjoyed helping others and customer service seemed like a great place to start. While working at Seacoast Gymnastics Center I found my love for working with younger children. Working at Hobby Lobby also allowed me to grow into a managerial role and has pushed me to help more people in the medical field. I am excited to grow my knowledge in the medical and Physical Therapy field.
I believe in being a good honest person. The energy you put out in the world will be the energy you get back. Positive vibes only.

“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” – Eleanor Roosevelt
I am the first one you see upon arrival, always greeting and acknowledging your presence. I pride myself on having exceptional customer service skills and the ability to make a lasting impression on patients. I am constantly answering the phones and routing them as needed in a timely manner. Always working on the schedule to ensure as many patients are able to get in. As the receptionist I will always listen to whatever the issue may be and do everything in my power to make sure you walk out of here satisfied. I want to ensure the best communication between the office and the patient. I also strive to make sure patients are scheduled fully, according to their plan of care.
I love how accepting everyone has been at WV Physical Therapy. Since the moment I started here. They truly feel like a family.

When I am not at work, I’m either outside or with family. I love to be in nature. Going fishing, four-wheeling, and doing anything to get me in the sunshine.
