Excuse us for talking about ourselves for a bit, but we are just too excited to hold in this news any longer!  We believe you are going to be excited about it as well.

Right now a crew is hard at work in our new space.  It is starting to look sooooo good!  Not only is it shaping up to be the prettiest PT practice in the area, it will also enable us to serve you better.  More space, more opportunities to offer services some of you have been asking for, more opportunities to push you and lift you to even higher levels.

2020 was a year with some real challenges, but we came back stronger than ever.  Our group became a stronger team.  Our team members became even stronger professionals.  As a result the number of people looking for our help has grown to the point that we need a bigger space to keep up.

It feels like a fresh start!  So, what better time to move to a fresh location (see below), and a fresh new look!  Next week we’ll give you a sneak peek at our new logo and branding! 

We had been looking for a location for a while but nothing felt “just right.”  Until we found this space right under our nose.  Our tentative move date will be May 1st.  We’ll keep you updated as we get closer.  The new location is just 1 mile from the old one in Spaulding Commons, the shopping plaza with the Rochester Planet Fitness.
